Dizzee Rascal, a rapper, song writer and record producer of Nigerian/Ghanaian descent won Best International Act at tonight’s BET Awards in Los Angeles beating other international Acts such as Kojo Antwi (Ghana), Chipmunk (UK), Estelle (UK),  K’NAAN (Somalia), M.I. (Nigeria), P-Square (Nigeria), Corinne Bailey Rae (UK) & Sade (UK).

He is best known for his hits such as Bonkers and Dance wiv me. Recently he won the 2010 BRIT Awards for Best British Male and won the 2009 Urban Music Awards for Best Male.
