One of our favorite startups at the just concluded Garage 48 Lagos contest is a startup called Cook’n’chop. The winning idea at the contest was a startup called Call Camp that allows companies to employ students to be used as call center agents.

Cook’n’chop is a web and mobile service that teaches users how to cook Nigerian dishes through online videos. The service currently has mobile apps for Android, Blackberry and Nokia devices.
We remember how much of a hit Maggi Kitchen was on NTA and so see no reason why this service won’t be popular with Nigerians if it is executed and marketed properly.
