We had heard earlier been notified about Njorku.com via one of the site’s developer’s/Founders, Churchhill Nanje Mambe during its beta launch.
With the plethora of job boards on the continent, particularly in Nigeria, there is clearly the need for an aggregator of sorts where job seekers can go to for a comprehensive look at current available jobs in their industry.
The site is incredibly useful for people looking to make sense of all the clutter of opportunities in their career search.
Job boards fare decently well in the African web space and so we think Njorku.com might be on to something.
Here are members of the founding team:
Mambe Churchill: Founder and Lead Developer
Bertrand Kima: Co-founder and Business strategist
Gontran Seguwe: Co-founder and software developer
Ebot Blaise: Co-founder and web developer
We will be featuring an interview with Mambe soon so stay tuned.
In the meantime, help spread the word about the site with a Facebook share or tweet.
What do you think about the job aggregator/search engine?
