Kola Masha is the Founder/Managing Director of Doreo Partners, an impact investing firm focused on the African agriculture sector. It provides effective strategic guidance, hands-on leadership, deep industry expertise and access to capital to assist investors and entrepreneurs develop market-leading companies.
Doreo Partners is raising a US$40 Million fund to invest in early stage ventures in the agricultural value chain, spanning from agricultural inputs, agricultural services, commercial production and agro processing. Its mission is to leverage the power of private investment in the agriculture sector to create a significant number of semi-skilled to low-skilled job opportunities. Some of the clients Doreo provides strategic advisory services to include the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and HRH the Prince of Wales’ foundations.
Prior to founding Doreo, Kola was the MD/CEO of Notore Foods, where he raised US$24 Million to develop an integrated agricultural trading, production and processing business. Kola has also worked at General Electric and holds an MBA from Harvard University and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Sola Adeola is the Project Coordinator of the Institute for Venture Design, a partnership betweenStanford University’s Centre for Design Research (CDR) and FATE Foundation. The Institute aims to increase the level of innovation and technological development of Nigeria through the incubation of a culture of entrepreneurs, innovators and risk takers. In her role, she acts as the lead Nigerian counterpart managing the partnership with Stanford CDR and working to set-up the organisation and its programmes. Through its flagship programme, the IVD Fellowship, the IVD will work with participants through the design, incubation and growth phases to develop innovative products and businesses.
Prior to the IVD, Sola worked in management consulting at Accenture and Dalberg Global Development Advisors. Sola has degrees in Foreign Service and Public Administration from Georgetown University andColumbia University respectively.
Ugoma Adegoke is the Founder/Creative Director of Zebra Living as well as the Co-Founder/Coordinator of The Life House.

Proudly Nigerian, and with a growing clientele in West Africa, Europe and North America, it offers women of all sizes, races and ages unique and affordable fashion pieces. The Life House is a lifestyle haven founded by Ugoma and her husband, Dayo, with the mission of offering an alternative social experience.
