Google launches GNBO – Get Nigerian Businesses Online

We previously announced GKBO, Google’s initiative targeted at Getting Kenyan Businesses Online.

The company just launched GNBO, (Get Nigerian Businesses Online) to similarly target Nigerian SMEs in partnership with MTN and Ecobank.

The program was formerly launched at a PR launch event in Eko Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Like its Kenyan counterpart, the program will give businesses:

  • Free easy-to-build and maintain, professional website
  • Free matching mobile website
  • Free gnbo.com.ng sub-domain
  • Free website hosting
