Fuel subsidy: Labour suspends strike after price cut to N97 per liter
3The Nigeria Labour Congress, (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress,(TUC) have officially called off the nation’s 6-day strike.
The announcement was made during a press conference by labour.
This announcement comes on the back of the Nigerian President’s recent announcement of the fuel price as N97 per liter. Read more about his announcement here.
According to the NLC President, Abdulwaheed Omar, the Government’s decision to set fuel price at N97 per liter was a unilateral one.
