Every year since her musical career took off in 2005, this Afro-German singer has built on her successes, stretched her muscles and widened her range. Her voice strikes an eerie balance between rage and pain as she offers commentary on key social issues.
At TEDxIkoyi, Nneka shared her personal story in her trademark down- to- earth style about love, growth and fulfilling her destiny. She then performed “Suffri” and “My Home”, which were inspired by “life’s big questions”.
