Mr Samuel Sakyi-Hyde, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of uniCredit Ghana Ltd, has reiterated the resolve of the company to continue in its quest to support small businesses to grow. Celebrating the theme: “Think Customers, Go the Extra Mile”, several customer-focused activities were carried out throughout the week to re-emphasize the institution’s commitment to meeting and even exceeding clients’ expectations. He outlined key factors which could be dealt with by business owners to ensure the sustainability of their businesses and cited research had shown that most Ghanaian businesses did not travel beyond the lifetime of their founders.
The CEO assured customers that in view of that, uniCredit had put in place effective training and business advisory programs to benefit its customers. He emphasized the institution offered a growth and development process to support its customers.
“We have built expertise over the years that place us in a better position to understand small businesses and our strength is in helping you to grow, so uniCredit will continue to work with our customers to identify and take advantage of the right businesses, and are optimistic of our prospects for growth this year, as we will continue to respond to your varied needs and improve service delivery to surpass your expectations,” he stated.
He gave the assurance during the engagements with key customers of the institution in Kumasi and Takoradi cities in Ghana, during its Customer Appreciation Week.
uniCredit Ghana Limited is a Ghanian non-bank financial institution which has been in operation since 1995. The company was formerly called Kantamanto Savings and Loans Co. Ltd, but had a change of name in June 2007. The primary focus of institution is to provide financial services that are specifically tailored to the needs of personal customers and micro, small and medium scale enterprises.
