Tunisia renews its presence in Milan International Travel Fair “Bit 2016”, the most important trade fair for the sector held in Italy .
Tunisia’s National Tourist Office (ONTT) will be there to meet tour operators and the specialized press from Thursday, February 11 to Saturday, February 13 in Milan.
ONTT will be represented by a delegation of its directorate in Tunis that will present its recovery plan for the tourism season 2016.
This presence follows the announcement in the last few days of the lifting of the curfew imposed on January 22 by the Ministry of Interior, a positive signal confirming clearly the restoration of normal security conditions in the country.
“We are proud to participate in this year’s Bit, which remains an important moment for us”, said Doa Ellouze, representative of ONTT Italy. “There are many ongoing projects to promote Tunisia , a country that has always been a favorite destination for Italian tourists throughout the year”, was quoted as saying by ANSAmed.
“We will organize events, promotional evenings in trade fairs for the sector where we will unveil new products ranging from food to health tourism”, she said.
