Africa investor (Ai), a leading international investment research and communications group, has announced that a high-level contingent of North African companies will engage global investors at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), at the North African Capital Markets Briefing, which will take place during the Africa investor Index Series Summit and Awards.
The North African briefing will showcase investment opportunities and success stories within the region. The CEOs will also be on site to attend one-on-one meetings with interested US investors. Representatives from North African companies attending this year’s summit will include CEOs from CI Capital Holding, Label Vie and Cartier Saada, amongst others. Karin Hajji, CEO, Casablanca Stock Exchange and Mohamed Bichiou, CEO, Tunisian Stock Exchange will also be panellists at the Summit.
The Index Series Summit is now firmly established as a platform for US and global institutional investors and pension funds to engage African capital market leaders. Africa investor, Africa’s leading benchmark and index provider, will host this annual Summit to present African capital market opportunities to international institutional investors.

The Ai Index Series Summit will be held on 17 September 2010 at the New York Stock Exchange, in partnership with Ecobank, NYSE Euronext, Thomson Reuters, Standard Bank, the African Development Bank, CI Capital, Label Vie, ASEA, the United Nations Office for Partnerships and the NEPAD Business Group.
