Ghanaian international gospel act, Sonnie Badu is raising $50,000 to help victims of the flood which happened in Accra on Wednesday, June 3.
Not new to charity, Sonnie Badu has a registered and trusted charity which he has run for over 8 years, the musician through his charity organisation, Sonnie Badu Ministries UK, is expected to raise $50,000. The relief fund is called “Rising Above The Flood-Ghana”.
Announcing the fund raiser, Sonnie said “The disaster can now be measured in many lives lost, the seriously injured and left homeless. But as the days go by the physical and emotional recovery begins, with the support of people like us. Please consider a generous gift of support now.”
