According to a statement issued on its website, Dell, the manufacturers of Dell computers have announced arrangements to host its annual women entrepreneurs summit in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa.
The summit is expected to host more than 150 female founders, CEOs, dignitaries, media and Dell partners who will convene to discuss today’s pressing business topics on the theme of innovating for a future-ready world.
Dell is also expected to reveal findings of the 2016 women entrepreneur research.
The exclusive invitation-only conference for female entrepreneurs globally, will convene June 27-28, 2016 in Cape Town, South Africa and will unite women entrepreneurs and give them the power and tools to create prosperity, stability and opportunity in every country around the globe.
“The role women play in driving the global economy is becoming more and more foundational to the health and well-being of our world,” said Karen Quintos, chief marketing officer at Dell.
The conference was previously hosted in the emerging entrepreneurial hotbeds of Shanghai, Rio de Janeiro, New Delhi, Istanbul, Austin, and most recently, Berlin.
Speakers at this year’s conference will include leading female CEOs, founders and thought leaders to be announced prior to the event.
According to the statement, South Africa was chosen as the venue for its fast-growth entrepreneurial ecosystem; with the world’s youngest and fastest-growing population as Africa is now a leading source of talents.
